Our five aperitifs reflect the variety to be found in our region. The South of Corrèze, the Dordogne and the Lot are home to forests of walnut trees. In our countryside, walnut wine is an aperitif made by countless generations. Red berries are also in the forefront, with Beaulieu strawberries and raspberries from Concèze. An exotic note is to be found in orange wine, a balance between the bitterness of the peel and the sweetness of the fortified wine and in the Soleil de Noix, a sweet blend of walnuts, cinnamon and orange.
