General Agricultural Competition

Created in 1870, the General Agricultural Competition is competition, every year the best products of French agriculture in different categories. The Competition Products consists of two sections:

* Dairy: butter, creams, cancoillottes, milk, yoghurt, cheese,…
* Products "Miscellaneous" slaughtered poultry, poultry cuts, foie gras, olive products, nut oils, bee products, Espelette peppers, vanilla, brandy, liqueur wines, pommel, oysters, smoked trout, fruit juice, cider and perry, beer and rum punches, aperitifs (concours experimental), meats (concours experimental).
